I have Touch

Add Studio for €499. You receive the full desktop licence and activation of your existing Touch. You can also run simulations directly on your laptop.

I have Studio

Add the €299 base device and request your included activation. Send its serial number and your Studio order reference. There is no additional activation charge for the one included device.

I only need the laptop

Buy Studio for €499 and use a supported CAN adapter or IP connection. You do not need to buy Touch or claim a device activation.

What does Touch activation add?

Studio control, custom vehicle models and their supported diagnostic services, including DoIP and BMW HSFZ over the network. Touch’s physical bus remains Classic CAN. The base OBD2 simulator remains available; select OBD2 or Studio mode, one at a time.

How does activation work?

We associate one Touch device identity with your Studio purchase. Supply the serial number shown in Device Info and your Studio order reference. The Touch retrieves its entitlement online; subsequent licensed use works offline. The desktop licence and the device entitlement remain separate credentials.

Can I buy or reserve Touch now?

The hardware product is pre-launch. You can send a non-binding enquiry, but there is no reservation, delivery promise or payment request before sales clearance. Initial hardware sales are Germany-only, B2B for professional laboratory use, by individual quotation and bank transfer in advance.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use the device?

No. Base CAN and OBD2 operation works offline. Studio-controlled work can use USB Ethernet; a suitably configured host network is required. We recommend USB Ethernet with Wi-Fi off for complex models to leave more internal RAM available.

Is CANcorder included?

No. CANcorder is an independent recording and analysis product with its own licence and a 10-day trial. You do not need it to run Studio or use Touch.

What if I need several devices or a team licence?

Contact us with the number of users and devices. The €499 offer includes one Studio licence and activation of one Touch; it does not promise an unlimited team or device licence.

CANcorder has its own licence.
